Attracting the Audience

IPEE teamIPEE / Electrex 2012’s comprehensive marketing campaign across the whole of the world, covering key vertical markets in both the public and private sector, delivered over 11000 visitors to the event in 2010.

 
It is designed to increase awareness of the Gen-Set Industry and the Electrical Industry, raise the profile of sponsors and exhibitors and drive visitors to register for the event.
 
The intensive six month campaign includes:
  • Full editorial and advertising coverage in the well respected and highly popular WIP magazine, the official media partner, including a comprehensive preview issue before the event.
  • Extensive email campaign to potential visitors using both internal and external lists with regular newsletters and third party email bulletins.  Both potential and pre-registered visitors are kept up-to-date with show and exhibitor activity.
  • Banner advertising on key industry websites and advertising in key industry publications.
  • Event listing on a broad spread of industry and vertical market websites.
  • Thousands of items of direct mail and inserts in key industry publications.
  • Promotion through social networking websites.
  • Extensive PR activity focusing core press and specialist vertical market titles.
  • Extensive coverage from supporting media partners and supporting associations.
 
IPEE / Electrex 2010 was well attended with over 80 exhibitors from 11 different regions and countries, including renowned key market players – AMPS, BPC-EMEA Ltd, DEIF, Elektra Elektronik, Harsen Europe Ltd, Hillstone Loadbanks, Jenelec Europe Ltd., Meteor Electrical co.uk., AV Industrial Products, Dehn UK Ltd., Ease Limited, Elcab Cable & Profile, Fluke (UK) Ltd., Klas Enerji, Sahra Kablo, Tekgrup Kablo, Triangle Cables (UK) Ltd., Teksan Jenerator, Turner EPS Ltd., Wardpower, Selco A/S, Avtron Loadbanks, Bradgate Containers Ltd., Crestchic Ltd., Megacon, Wiska UK Ltd., Cukurova Jenerator, Cummins UK., Volvo Penta Europe, Atlas Copco Compressors Ltd., to name a few.  There were pavilions from Germany, US, China and Taiwan.  The exhibition drew a total of 1100 visitors from Europe, Asia and North America.
